1. How can I place an order?
You can place an order directly on our website by adding items to your cart and completing the checkout process. We accept prepaid orders through the available payment methods at checkout.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Customers who pay Rs. 300 in advance at the time of checkout are eligible for Free Shipping across Pakistan. Free shipping is fulfilled via our courier partners: TCS, Leopard Courier, PostEx, and M&P. This offer applies only to prepaid orders and does not apply to cash-on-delivery (COD).
3. What are the standard shipping charges and delivery times?
Standard shipping charges (for non-advance orders) are Rs. 300, and estimated delivery time is 3–4 working days nationwide. Same-day delivery is available only in Lahore and Islamabad at a charge of Rs. 500.
4. Which courier companies do you use?
We ship with reliable local partners: TCS, Leopard Courier, PostEx, and M&P. The courier used for each order may vary depending on location and service availability.
5. Can I change or cancel my order?
You can request a change or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting us at info.thebrandify.shop@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +92 300 3388073. If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible; please follow our return process after delivery.
6. What is your return and refund policy?
We offer a returns policy as stated on our Returns page. Returns must be requested within the eligible time frame, items must be unused, with tags and original packaging, and proof of purchase is required.
7. What should I do if my item is damaged or wrong?
Inspect your order on receipt. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info.thebrandify.shop@gmail.com with photos and your order details. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as per our policy.

9. Do I have to pay additional taxes or duties?
All applicable taxes in Pakistan are applied at checkout. Any additional courier handling or remote-area fees (if charged) will be communicated prior to dispatch unless you qualify for free shipping.
