Shipping policy

At THE BRANDIFY, we are committed to providing a smooth, reliable, and transparent delivery experience for customers across Pakistan. Please review the detailed shipping policy below.

1. Standard Shipping – Pakistan Wide

• Standard delivery charges are Rs. 300 for all orders within Pakistan.
• Estimated delivery time for standard parcels is 3 to 4 working days, depending on your city and courier workload.
• Shipments are handled only by trusted courier partners: TCS, Leopard Courier, PostEx, and M&P.
• Customers who pay Rs. 300 in advance are eligible for Free Shipping through any of the above courier services.
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

2. Same-Day Delivery (Lahore & Islamabad)

• Same-day delivery is offered only in Lahore and Islamabad.
• Shipping charges for same-day delivery are Rs. 500.
• Orders must be placed before the daily cut-off timing. Orders placed after the cut-off will be delivered the next working day.

3. Shipping Taxes & Additional Charges

• All taxes and duties are applied at checkout according to Pakistani regulations.
• If a courier applies an additional remote-area or handling fee, the customer will be informed before dispatch—unless they qualify for free shipping by paying Rs. 300 in advance.
• Customers who pay Rs. 300 advance will not pay any additional shipping tax or delivery charge.

4. Order Processing & Dispatch

• All orders are processed within 24 hours on working days (Monday–Saturday).
• During peak sales, holidays, or abnormal courier load, processing may take slightly longer.
• Once the parcel is packed and dispatched, THE BRANDIFY will send a confirmation notification.

5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Requirements

• Customers must ensure the complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable contact number at checkout.
• Courier companies may call for delivery confirmation or address verification.
• Incorrect address details may cause delays, and THE BRANDIFY will not be responsible for such issues.

6. Delivery Delays

Although THE BRANDIFY works closely with major couriers for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
• Weather conditions
• Logistic or traffic disruptions
• Peak shopping seasons
• Public holidays
• Courier operational backlogs

In such cases, THE BRANDIFY will update customers promptly.

7. Free Shipping Eligibility

Customers who pay Rs. 300 in advance are entitled to the following benefits:

• Free Shipping across Pakistan
• Shipping through TCS, Leopard, PostEx, or M&P
• Priority dispatch when possible

This offer applies only to prepaid orders. Cash-on-delivery orders do not qualify for free shipping.
